I followed all the instructions here but to no avail. Apparently turns out it's a known issue that changes in your system can mess with your licenses. Suddenly there are two devices and the first lot appears under disconnected devices. However, the first bunch of plugins are still installed thugh the licenses are being shown as NOT ACTIVATED. Today I had time to try them out and I can see how the new plugins work seamlessly. Then I bought a second set of plugins two days ago and installed them. All worked well - until I decided to fix my internet connection issues by adding a new network adapter. I bought a couple of Waves plugins a week ago and installed them on my Windows 10 system via Waves central.
